Full Time/Permanent Bookkeeper required, £10 – £12 per hour depending on experience.
We are seeking to recruit a Bookkeeper on a permanent basis.
The role will mainly involve:
- Entering of supplier invoices.
- Monthly bank reconciliations of 2 BANKS and 3 credit cards.
- Monthly VAT Returns and liaising with external accountant for submission.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Dealing with queries and allocations
- Dealing with financial paperwork record keeping and filing
- Producing monthly Management Accounts and forecasts
- Cash flow planning & reporting
- Dealing with Suppliers
- Any other related admin tasks as needed
Candidates should have previous Sage 50 experience and excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and should be able to work unsupervised and manage their own workload.
